I always thought that my wedding wouldn't be very stressful to plan. I mean, I knew there would be some stress because of my parents' divorce, but I didnt think it'd be too bad. Yeah I was wrong. I'm beginning to think that weddings no matter whose they are are just a stressful event. Don't get me wrong, I can't wait for my wedding and I am sure that everything will go perfect on that day. But I dont see why we have to try and please everybody. It's me and Nick's wedding!! Not anyone elses! If we want to invite certain people and not others, then we can do it. If we want to have certain people in our bridal party then we can do it. If I want my parents to just get along for a day, then they should do it! Why is this so difficult for people to understand?
Anyway, just a quick rant about how people are making me feel shitty for planning MY wedding the way I want it.
